Nova Precision Cruise Missile

A very basic missile for large launchers with reasonable payload. Utilizes the now substandard technology of bulls-eye guidance systems. A modified version of the Nova cruise missile. Is great for taking down smaller ships, but fuel use by stabilization thrusters reduces maximum flight time.
