Forged Frigate Blueprints

Stored on a single datacore, this data pack contains a blueprint for every standard service frigate. It would appear that these blueprints have been illegally copied, and while they cannot be read by manufacturing equipment in order to be manufactured from, they do appear to have been heavily annotated with the scribblings of a madman.
