Warp Core Stabilizer II

When activated this unit attempts to compensate for fluctuations and disruptions of the ship's warp core. As a side effect, the host ship's maximum targeting range, scan resolution and drone bandwidth are penalized while this module is fitted. Only one of this module type can be fitted at a time.
